Bookings

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

The house is self-catering and sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

All rates quoted are for the private use of the house.

3 nights / 6000 ZAR

4 nights / 8000 ZAR

5 nights / 10.000 ZAR

6 nights / 12.000 ZAR

Week Special/ 7 nights sleep 6 ZAR 12.000

2 weeks/ 14 nights 22.000 ZAR

Longer stays o/a

December holidays and Easter 2500 ZAR per night,

with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Reservations:
If you send us a reservation by e-mail we will

send confirmation as soon as possible.
To make your reservation definite we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total sum.
The deposit needs to be in our bank account within 7 days of

your booking request
We will then block the requested dates on our calendar and we will send you the confirmation of your booking and payment
The balance needs to be paid no longer than 4 weeks before your arrival at Treetops Marloth Park
After we have received the balance, we will send the
information on the house and surroundings by e-mail.
We do not charge any additional reservation fees.

By booking you automatically agree with our rental conditions.

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation policies apply.

Cancellations > 4 weeks before arrival a total refund
Cancellations < 4-1 weeks before arrival 50% will be charged.

Cancellations < 1 week before arrival no refund
We assure you the money will be transferred back into your bank account immediately.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

Treetops Holiday Home is a self-catering holiday home situated in Marloth Park, Mpumalanga, South Africa.

This is our home which we cherish and we expect you to respect it as well as its surroundings.
Any serious damage to the house or its contents is the guest's responsibility and will be charged.
Please report before you leave to our caretaker Debbie.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of waterpipes in Treetops is strictly prohibited.

You will stay in a Nature Reserve with strict rules regarding nature and wildlife.

NO LOUD MUSIC, NOISE OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED,

When you don't adhere to the rules,you take the risk of being removed from Marloth Park

Law enforcement officers will be enforcing a NO NOISE POLICY!

Rental rates include:

* Use of bedding, bath towels, and kitchen towels.

* Use of TV ( DSTV access) and DVD player
* Gas, water en electricity.
* Local Taxes.
* Use of the washing machine for own laundry
* Free WIFI

* Bedding and towels are changed once a week.
* Cleaning of the house and garden once a week, when staying more than 7 nights
* Security services

The owners of Treetops are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage,
personal belongings, vehicles, or any injuries of guests which has occurred during your stay.

We also cannot take responsibility for problems with the water and or electricity supply including load shedding,

also, we can not be held responsible for any noises

from builders or other holidaymakers in the neighborhood.

Feel free to contact us in case of any nuisance you might experience.

We will do our very best to make your stay with us a really good one

however we hope you understand we can not control the weather or behavior of other people and wildlife.

After finalizing your booking and signing for the keys, you automatically accept our rental conditions and the Marloth Park Rules.

OUTSTANDING

We had a outstanding experience at Marja's place. Couldn't have been better. Whatever your think you need its there. Animals like boars, Impalas, big deers/kugos are ofter visiting. The tree house is treat, we spent 6 nights, but wasn't enough I guess, just relaxing in the house was a treat. Thanks for being such a wonderful host, kids enjoyed the pool thoroughly. We would love to visit again sometime in future 😊😁😊. Debbie's was also very helpful.

WONDERFUL

Absolute wonderful stay. Feels like you are on your own in the middle of the bush with wildlife visiting often, yet close enough to basic amenities. The room upstairs was fantastic and we loved it.
